Toronto, Ontario Hotel Reviews
Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my husband and toddler. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room on executive floor was standard but very clean and in good condition. Room did not include a bar fridge which is helpful when you have a small child but came with complimentary buffet breakfast. Property includes convenience store and outdoor and indoor pools which is great for families. Free wireless Internet worked well. Complimentary shuttle service in the morning is great for getting to meetings in surrounding area. Overall, great value for
your money.

The accommodations were great
Super hotel! Great location near the freeways and public transportation right out the door. The accommodations were great! Very clean and super quiet at night! Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant staff was especially accommodating. The restaurant manager took time out to talk to us and explain the public transportation system to us. This helped us a lot in getting downtown without worrying about parking. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean with plenty of room. Breakfast was good, with a variety of items.

Affordability, Hospitality , Amenities, and the Food is Outstanding
We stayed at the Don Valley Hotel several times in June and July, while working in the City. We have stayed in hotels all around Canada, and I have to say this one rates in the top 5 for cleanliness , affordability, hospitality , amenities, and the food is outstanding. They have a chef that should be working in a 5-star restaurant. The restaurant is basically in the bar area, and the menu, while not extensive, has been definitely perfected by this amazing chef. The bartender, a real pro, makes you feel right at home. Housekeeping, customer service, the staff at the front desk, all top-notch professionals. Two pools, workout room, banquet facilities, lots of space, and well laid out, nestled against the Don Valley. They don't make hotels like this anymore. Do yourself a favor and check them out on your next trip to Toronto.
