"Great hotel for business travel, nice looking pool  This hotel surprised me in a very nice way. I was traveling for work and it's conveniently close to head offices of many companies, so the location is great (I could even walk to the office!), there are great amenities really close (coffee shops, supermarket, and an open mall! also, the science centre and the Aga Khan Museum). They have a really nice looking pool with a glass roof so you can relax while watching the snow falling. The rooms have a nice size and a kitchenette."

Room Tip: There's a leisure area on the 4th floor, choose a room on that floor if possible.

"Love the Balcony. I have stayed at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites twice now over the last two weeks for business in the city. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the balcony that overlooked a treed ravine which made sitting out they quite pleasurable. I did not use the pools but my room overlooked the indoor pool. Check in and out was efficient and quick. I am staying here again a couple of times in the next few weeks and look forward to it."

"Excellent Stay. Stayed here with multiple relatives for a Saturday night wedding. Excellent reception and fast check in. No problem paying for parking. Parking is one third the cost of staying at a downtown hotel. I noticed a previous reviewer complaing about parking. Ignore these complainers. Room was extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. Liked the heated bathroom floor. Housekeepkeers were extremely nice. Restaurant/bar was very spacious with excellent"

"Hidden Urban Resort. Best way to start the summer off hidden Urban Resort
Wonderful stay last weekend from check in to checkout 100% perfect, room was perfect, pool was great indoor and outdoor , the live music outside Saturday afternoon supper cool and makes you feel you are at a resort and not in the city. Don Mills Plaza just a short Uber ride away offering the VIP Movie experience was the icing on the cake, definitely a hidden urban resort ."

"AWESOME! We had a great 2-night stay in a lovely room. The staff were extremely helpful and the pool with lots of fun! Clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and the staff during breakfast were amazing! Everything was great! We will be back next time we are in town!"

"Great stay! I stayed here with my family for five nights in January of 2019. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hotel. Several months prior to our stay, we called to reserve adjoining rooms. Upon arrival, adjoining rooms were not available for the room type we selected. The hotel staff provided a complimentary upgrade to ensure we had adjoining rooms. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. On our second night at the property, we went to Miedieval Times for dinner. Our daughter was given a Rose by our Knight and unfortunately the stem broke on our drive home. When we got back to the hotel, the front desk staff tracked down some tape to fix the Rose. It made me daughter so happy! The indoor pool is beautiful! We loved it. It was hardly ever busy and we loved going during the day and at night. The ceiling is stunning! Room service from the restaurant was also extremely good! We ordered it frequently and were always impressed. The rooms were large and each had two double beds. The washrooms had heated floors which were just awesome! Parking was $11.95 per vehicle per night, which is quite reasonable for Toronto. The hotel is also conveniently located just off the DVP. We truly enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again."
